Q: How soon will my ads be uploaded?
A: Most of our clients’ campaigns are uploaded and approved within 24-48 hours. Although, search engines have control over their databases and have guidelines that must be met prior to listing a site. All placement timing depends on the individual search engine. Our team will follow up with you by phone to assure satisfaction.

Q: When can I expect results?
A: The actual timing of our marketing process is often driven by our clients and not by us. So when results start to deliver often varies. Over the years, we have helped thousands of businesses and there are a number of commonalities. Q: How do I see how much traffic I’m receiving?
A: Monthly traffic reports are provided to our clients each month. You will automatically receive an email with your campaign’s traffic report to your assigned e-mail address within your account. You may also request a traffic report each month by emailing a request to Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days.

Q: Why can’t I see my own ad on Facebook?

Q: How do I pause my account?
A: If you would like to pause your account, please email at least 7 days prior to your billing date to avoid further billing. Once your account is paused, you will not incur any billing until you reactivate your account. Depending on your business’ industry, you may have your account paused for up to 4-12 months.

Q: How do I cancel my account?
A: If you would like to cancel your account, please email at least 7 days prior to your billing date to avoid further billing. Your account will remain active until your full current paid month of service ends. Once your account has cancelled, you will not incur any charges unless your account has a past-due balance.
